Germany. Having gathered reviews, feedback, questionnaires, and
surveys from different travel agents, tour operators, and travel
management companies around the world since 2003, we have been able to
build the most user-friendly and multifunctional online booking engine
to fit any business needs. By integrating the largest number of
suppliers into our system, we ensure to offer clients the best rates
on any travel services. Up until now, we have integrated over 650
different suppliers of flights, hotels, car rentals, transfers, tour
packages, cruises, trains, buses, activities, and we are looking
forward to continuing the rise of our travel inventory. Tasks We are
looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development
Manager with a strong background in the travel industry. Suitable
candidates will have 4-5 years of experience, ideally in a bed bank or
travel consolidator, or a related sector. This is a remote work
position and would require the candidate to be a native speaker and
preferably with a prior recorded achievement in business development
in the travel industry. We are looking for the BDM in multiple
markets: GCC Area (UAE, Bahrain, Oman) Cyprus, Türkiye, Lebanon,
Syria, Iraq Libya, Tunisia, Morocco, Palestine India, Malaysia,
Thailand, Nepal USA, Maldives, Singapore Key Responsibilities Market
Research & Analysis: Market research for new business opportunities
and up-to-date know-how with industry trends. Analyze market
conditions, competitors, and customer needs to design effective
business strategies. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and acquire new clients through strategic networking, face to
face meetings, and relationship building. Manage and maintain
relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied and leveraging
high retention levels. Sales & Revenue Growth: Implement sales
strategies towards accomplishment of revenue targets. Prepare and
deliver convincing sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate and drive the closure of the contracts and deals.
Requirements Experience: 4-5 years minimum experience in the travel
industry preferably with the background from bed banks, travel
consolidators or relevant industry type. Proven business development
and sales track record. Skills: Excellent understanding of the travel
industry and market changes. Strong communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills. Building and maintaining good relationships with
clients and partners. Full proficiency with the CRM systems. Language:
Native level of region language Fluency in written and spoken English
